With over 15 years of experience in the industry, though he’s certainly been around long enough to remember a time before hair trends involved social media. Nathan brings a level of seasoned expertise to the Nichares team that you just can't fake.

Originally from Portsmouth, he’s swapped the coast for the South West, bringing a relaxed, positive energy that our clients absolutely love. When you sit in Nathan's chair, you can expect to feel instantly at ease. Known for his "chilled-out" vibe, he has a knack for making sure every client feels heard and well cared for.

As our Nichares Hair Help Ambassador, he also brings a sensitive, expert touch to hair replacement and wig services.

Whether you’re after a precision cut or specialised care, Nathan offers a professional, welcoming experience that leaves you looking, and feeling—fresher than he does after a busy Saturday!

With over 15 years of experience and having been a core part of the Nichares family for many years, Laura isn't just a stylist—she’s a permanent fixture of our salon’s personality. If you’ve ever walked past and heard a burst of infectious laughter, that was almost certainly Laura.

She is our resident Curly Hair Ambassador, having completed extensive specialist training to master the art of the curl. But it’s not just her technical skill that keeps clients coming back, it’s the vibe. Laura is vibrant, bubbly, and constantly smiling. She is a truly fabulous listener who has a genuine talent for making you feel completely uplifted, heard, and most importantly—ready to take on the world by the time you leave her chair.

If you want a stylist who takes your hair seriously but never takes herself too seriously, you’ve found her. Just be prepared to leave with a smile as bright as hers!

With over 30 years in the industry, Claire is the definition of a seasoned professional. Having made the move from London to the South West some time ago, she has well and truly settled into our way of life, bringing with her a wealth of experience that means she knows exactly how to make your salon visit feel effortless and special.

Claire is incredibly laid back and naturally chilled, making her the perfect choice if you want to switch off and feel completely at ease. She has a funny, down to earth personality that comes out naturally; she’s often hilarious without even trying, which always makes for a lovely, lighthearted conversation.

As our Grey Blending Ambassador, Claire has an expert eye for colour and a talent for helping you embrace your hair with complete confidence. If you’re looking for a change or simply want to feel revitalised, Claire is your woman.

With over 8 years in the industry and a long-standing place within the Nichares team, Lucy brings both deep experience and a genuine passion for her craft. A true artist at heart, she specialises in all things colour, having completed her intensive Colour Expert training with Goldwell.

If you are looking for a stylist who can transform your look while helping you leave the stress of the day at the door, Lucy is the one. Her naturally calming presence is something of a superpower; sitting in her chair is like hitting the "reset" button.

Whether you are dreaming of a soft, lived-in balayage or a fresh new colour palette, Lucy has the creative vision and the gentle touch to bring your ideas to life.
You’ll leave her chair not just with beautiful, expertly crafted hair, but feeling completely refreshed and at ease.

Senior Stylist

Having started her hairdressing journey right here at Nichares in 2022, Georgina has grown into a fast-rising talent that we are incredibly proud of. Usually easy to spot on the salon floor thanks to her own ever-changing, fun-coloured hair, she brings a unique, vibrant energy to the team.

Georgina loves chatting with her clients, making her chair a fun and lively place to spend a few hours. But don't let her easygoing nature fool you—she is highly precise, and clients instantly feel 100% confident in her abilities from the moment they sit down.

As our resident Extension Ambassador, she is our go to expert for transformative length and volume. She also has a huge passion for colour, excelling at everything from bright, bold vivids to beautiful everyday shades. If you want great conversation and a stylist with a fresh, creative edge, Georgina is a fantastic match.

Isla is a true "home-grown" talent, having started her training with us at Nichares and blossoming into the incredible stylist she is today. With a natural eye for hair and a passion for creating beautiful results, she has become such a well-loved member of our team.

Isla has a wonderfully grounded presence that makes for a deeply relaxing visit, but she’s also the first person to bring a fun, outgoing energy to the floor. In fact, if you’re looking for the ultimate salon experience, you’ve come to the right place; as our Bar Ambassador, Isla knows exactly how to craft a delicious cocktail for you to enjoy while she works her magic.

When she isn't in the salon, she’s usually busy planning her next getaway, but she always brings that holiday-ready, chatty energy back to the chair. Whether you’re looking for a fresh colour transformation or want to add some serious volume with extensions, Isla combines technical excellence with a perfectly relaxed, social vibe.

With over 20 years of experience and a career that began in London, Tracey brings a wealth of knowledge, skill and warmth to Nichares. Having relocated during Covid, she's now delighted to call the South West home.

Known for her caring nature and infectious smile, sitting in Tracey's chair feels like catching up with an old friend. She loves helping clients look and feel their best, creating beautiful hair in a relaxed, welcoming environment.

Emerging Stylist

Maisie swapped the equestrian life for the world of hair, and we are so glad she did. Having traded grooming her horse for styling our clients, she has brought that same dedication and care straight into her hairdressing training here at Nichares.

Maisie has a warm, down-to-earth personality that makes her a pleasure to be around. She has already built up a portfolio of beautiful work throughout her training, proving she has the talent and eye to deliver consistent, high-quality results.

From her very first training session with us, it was clear that Gracie was born to be behind the chair. She has truly hit the ground running, bringing an incredible amount of confidence and natural skill to everything she does.

Shannon is well and truly Cameron’s ‘right hand woman’. She makes all of the new, crazy & ambitious dreams actually happen for the salon (like our drag bottomless blow dry, which was a HUGE success btw). It’s fair to say we wouldn’t be nearly as organised without her!
