The first step is to reserve your consultation (for just £1!), there you can let us know what you’ve had done to your hair leading up to this point & what you WANT it to look like - we’ll take it from there!

Our Stylists pay attention to every last detail when it comes to capturing your vision & helping you achieve your hair goals. We may ask you quite a few questions to ensure you’re comfortable & happy - we’re not just nosey!

  • Yes, you still need to have a patch test at least 48hrs prior to your appointment with us.

  • Your hair health is equally as important to us having that desired end result or look. During your consultation your Stylist will advise you on ways to improve your hair health & begin your journey to dreamy locks! We may advise a different look whilst we work on the condition of your hair is required.

  • We have complete confidence in our Stylists bringing your hair vision to life - however, if for any reason you’re not happy with your new colour, please do tell us!

    Every service at Nichares includes our hair guarantee (2 weeks to let us know if you have any concerns & we will correct them free of charge).

    We want this to be an enjoyable, stress-free experience for you!

  • This depends on how big of a correction / transformation you are looking for.

    It’s likely we can get you very close to your desired look in one appointment, however we will ALWAYS put the condition of your hair first.

    Your Stylist will communicate your best option with you in your consultation as well as the length of the appointment.

    Because we specialise in major transformations our colour appointments can last anywhere from 3-8 hours!
