  • No - a wig will not prevent your hair from growing back!

  • If you exercise regularly (and sweat!), you may find you need to come in for more regular maintenance appointments with us (usually every 4-6 weeks).

    We wouldn’t recommend swimming in your hairpiece, however if you decide to please wash your hairpiece ASAP to remove any chlorine or product.

  • Your wig allows for a certain amount of pressure & movement, so a light tug will not cause it to come off - however we do advise against pulling on the hair.

  • Absolutely! Let us know before your appointment if you would like a private space for your consultation / booking.

  • Not quite. These systems are bespoke, often hand-tied, and designed to blend seamlessly with your existing hair. They're not generic wigs — they’re a long-term, natural solution.

  • With expert colour-matching, realistic base materials, and skilled fitting, the result is incredibly undetectable. Most people won’t know unless you tell them.

  • Our systems are made to fit securely but comfortably. During your consultation, Nathan will demonstrate how they are applied, how they feel, and how they can be worn day-to-day.

  • No worries. You are under no obligation to go ahead after the consultation. It’s simply a chance to get expert advice, understand your options, and see if it feels right for you.

  • There is maintenance, yes — but we’ll walk you through it. We’ll show you how to wash, care for, and style your system, and recommend products that make upkeep easy.
